Dear Unit Owner,
We are pleased to announce that we have an owner’s web platform for Pickawillany Condominium Unit Owners Association. This tool will allow you to access your financial information, create maintenance requests, reserve facilities, and stay connected with your community.
You will be able view news, announcements, online resource center for accessing important association documents and forms, look up account information, check payment history, update personal contact information, and sign up for email correspondence and much more.
You will receive an invitation by email to join Condoweb.app on June 3rd, 2024. Once received, follow the instructions in the email to create your account and choose your password.

Pickawillany’s Board Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month, except in November/December due to holidays. 

The Board will announce any other changes to the schedule as needed. 

Remember that meetings are for general information and if there is an issue with your particular unit there is a protocol to have that issue heard.
