Annual Meeting

The Board of Directors for Pickawillany Condominium Unit Owners Association is announcing the Annual Meeting of the Membership for the purpose
of electing members to the Board of Directors for expiring terms.
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, called to order at 7:00 pm
Registration will begin at 6:15 pm at the Pickawillany Clubhouse Lawn – Next to the Clubhouse/Pool.

If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, a nomination form has been sent. Please complete and return the nomination form to Apogee Property Management no later than Monday, May 25th, 2026, for placement on the ballot. Otherwise, all other nominations will be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting. To be a member of the board, you must be willing to serve and be a member in good standing (good standing constitutes current in the payment of your fees at the time of the meeting).

If you bring proxies to the meeting, please make sure they are registered before the meeting is called to order.
