Pickawillany 2025 Annual Meeting

The Association will hold their annual meeting to conduct the business of the Association: the approval of the 2024 annual meeting minutes, the Treasurer’s report on the financial status of the Association and the election of the four (4) board positions.

In accordance with Article I, Section 5 of the Bylaws, this letter provides notice of the annual meeting of the Pickawillany Condominium Unit Owners Association to be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the meeting location will be in the green space of the playground on Chuckleberry Lane at 6:30 PM. Sign-in will begin at 6:00 P.M. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., at which time a quorum is required.

At this meeting, a total of four (4) positions will be open and will be elected for a two (2) year term. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the business of the Association. To minimize the cost of copies, owners are asked to please bring their annual meeting packet to the meeting.

Proxies and Ballots must sent in to Apogee no later than the 23rd of May 2025.
