APOGEE Officially Begins Managing Pickawillany June 1, 2024.

Dear Unit Owner,
We are pleased to announce that we have an owner’s web platform for Pickawillany Condominium Unit Owners Association. This tool will allow you to access your financial information, create maintenance requests, reserve facilities, and stay connected with your community.

You will be able view news, announcements, online resource center for accessing important association documents and forms, look up account information, check payment history, update personal contact information, and sign up for email correspondence and much more.

You will receive an invitation by email to join Condoweb.app on June 3rd, 2024. Once received, follow the instructions in the email to create your account and choose your password.

After you have set your account up; owners can go into the Play Store and download the Condo Manager Web App for easy access to their account and Apogee’s web portal.

Sunday June 14, Movie (Minions) will begin at dusk: Location is at the greenspace in Chippewell at the corner of Bluejacket and Crazy Horse.  Bring blanket, chair and snacks!!
